At the time the plaque was presented Boundary Road would have been part of Primitive Methodism. The plaque was transferred from Boundary Road to Hatfield Road Methodist Church in July 1987 when Boundary Road was closed and sold. Members of Boundary Road transferred their membership to Hatfield Road at that time.

The Memorial contains 6 names.

I have done some very basic research on those named. If anyone has further details they would like added or can correct any mistake I may have made please add a comment to this page and I will ensure it is updated.
