This memorial can be found in Parkside Methodist Church, Wakefield. The church building was originally Outwood St Johns Weslyan Church. In 1969 the present  church was formed  by an amalgamation of Outwood St Johns, Outwood Newton Hill, Rehobeth and Outwood Bourne Methodist taking the name Parkside Methodist Church. The church is part of the Aire and Calder Methodist Circuit in the Leeds Methodist District

The inscription reads: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN GRATEFUL REMEMBRANCE OF THE YOUNG MEN OF THIS CHURCH AND SCHOOL WHO SERVED IN THE GREAT WAR I914 – 1919. THE FOLLOWING MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
